A big thank you goes to the Coffee County Education Retirees Association for their donation of a backpack full of supplies to Elba Elementary for students in need. The supplies were delivered this week by Mrs. Sylvia Padgett, an active member of the association. This group includes retired bus drivers, lunchroom workers, office staff, and other retired educators in Coffee County. They encourage other retired employees of school systems to join them in their efforts of making a difference in Coffee County Schools each month. We appreciate those community supporters that take time to make a difference in the education of our students.
